How do I play?
Tap Battle to start a run. Build turrets on the pads around your planet with the cash you earn from each wave, and level them up to make them stronger. Each turret has a fusion partner: bring both to level 5 and fuse them into one much stronger weapon. Fire abilities from the buttons above the dock, and use the orbital strike when the field is crowded. Every run ends eventually; the coins you bring home buy permanent upgrades for the next one.
I bought something but didn't receive it
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used, then reopen the game; it finishes any purchase Apple has confirmed. For the Founder's Pack, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Coin and gem packs, the Starter Pack, the Gem Vault and the Season Pass are used up when delivered, so they can't be restored on another device. If something still looks wrong, email us with the date of the purchase.
Why do I see ads?
You only see an advert when you choose to watch one for a reward, such as doubling a run's coins, an extra Victory Spoils reroll or a research speed-up. Adverts are never forced on you, and there is a daily limit.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings and tap Advert privacy choices. The button appears where privacy choices apply to you. See the privacy policy for details.
When does the Daily Challenge reset?
At midnight UTC every day. Boss Rush and weekly events reset each Monday at midnight UTC. Seasons last five weeks.
Leaderboards aren't showing
Leaderboards use Game Center. Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings, then reopen the game. Without Game Center, the Leaderboards button shows your own best scores.
Can I turn off notifications, sound or haptics?
Yes. Open Settings and use the Notifications, Sound and Haptics switches. You can also manage notifications in iOS Settings.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Progress is saved on your device. Restoring your iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup brings it with you. Voidfall does not have its own cloud save.
