How do I sign in?
Tap Continue with Supabase to sign in through Supabase and choose an organisation, or Use an access token to paste a personal access token from Supabase's dashboard (Account › Access Tokens). A Supabase sign-in covers one organisation and can't change Auth, secrets or Data API settings; an access token covers everything your Supabase account can do.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. Tap Explore the demo on the welcome screen to use Basewatch with sample projects. Nothing you do in the demo touches a real project.
What's included free, and what does Pro add?
Dashboards, alerts while Basewatch is open, metrics (up to two) and every project tool are free with one account. Basewatch Pro adds background monitoring and notifications, more accounts, unlimited metrics, widgets and Siri.
I bought Basewatch Pro but it isn't unlocked
Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used, then open Settings in Basewatch and tap Restore purchases. If Ask to Buy is on, Pro unlocks once the purchase is approved.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings in Basewatch and tap Manage subscription, or go to Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least a day before it renews. Your Pro features stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Background monitoring needs Basewatch Pro and notification permission. Open Settings › Monitoring and notifications in Basewatch, turn on background monitoring, and allow notifications when asked. iOS decides when apps refresh in the background, usually every 20 to 60 minutes, so a notification can arrive a little after an issue starts.
Supabase says I'm rate limited
Supabase limits how many requests an account can make each minute, shared with the dashboard and any other tools you use. Basewatch keeps its own requests well inside those limits and backs off when Supabase asks it to. Wait a minute and pull to refresh.
How do I remove my data?
Sign out in Settings, or delete the app. Signing out removes your sign-in and saved data from the device and, for a Supabase sign-in, revokes Basewatch's access. See the privacy policy for details.
