Email [email protected]. Include your macOS version, Mac model, SignalRoom version and whether the issue occurs with or without the optional helper. Please do not send passwords, private keys or unredacted conversation logs.
Purchases and restore
SignalRoom is a free download with an optional once-off Pro purchase and no subscription. In the Mac App Store edition, open SignalRoom Pro and choose Restore Purchase using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
If a purchase is awaiting approval, Pro stays locked until Apple confirms it. Do not purchase again while waiting. If a restore does not find a purchase, check your Apple Account and connection before trying again. A cancelled purchase does not unlock Pro.
Choose your notifications
Notifications start off. Open Settings → Notifications, choose the categories and thresholds you want and enable the master switch. Set how long a condition must last, the repeat cooldown and quiet hours. macOS notification permission is needed only if you opt in.
Claude or Codex shows no data
Open Settings → AI Accounts and choose the relevant .claude or .codex folder. SignalRoom stores read-only macOS permission, not your account credentials. Local records must exist on this Mac. Costs are API-equivalent estimates from available logs, not your subscription bill. Incomplete scans or unknown model prices can make totals unavailable. Claude local logs do not provide account-wide limit readings.
Explore and export history
With Pro, open Usage History and choose an interval. Preview a CSV or PNG export, then choose where to save it. Gaps mean no observation was recorded; they are not zero readings. Review exported files before sharing them.
Battery and hardware readings
Battery history needs time to collect observed discharge periods and daily health readings. Runtime estimates are not guaranteed remaining time. Charging, missing readings and interruptions can end a recorded discharge period. Some Macs do not expose every sensor. In the Store edition, advanced GPU, temperature, fan, disk activity and battery details depend on the optional helper and hardware support.
Optional helper
Core CPU, memory, network, storage capacity, basic battery and Calendar work without the helper. Pro weather and user-approved AI analysis also work without it. See SignalRoom Helper for availability and connection information.
